This is the next to the last step. Most of you may even figure out the last step after completing this one! If so go for it!
Step 7
First Row:
Start with Block D-C-B-C-B-C-B-C-D. Notice the orientation of the D Blocks. The light strip is on the outside of the D & and top of C blocks.
Last row:
The same as the first with the light strips on the bottom.
The number of C and B blocks will depend on how big your top is. Mine is 9 blocks across.
EVEN & ODD Rows
With the remaining Block A divide them into piles of 5 or 7 depending on the size you are making.
EVEN Row: (top row)
Start with Block B-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-B.
Sew B block to the first A in your pile - keep adding As until that pile is finished then add another B to the end. Do this with each pile until you have used all of the B Blocks.
ODD Row (bottom of picture)
Start with Block C -A-A-A-A-A-A-A-C. Just as you did the Even row. Notice that each time you sew an A block onto another block you have changes the orientation of it.
You are almost done.
ps. what do you think of my hanging helper? The only place I had to hang the sections for a picture was from Buck's antlers! Hubby would shoot me if he knew! But hey it worked!
