BACK ON LINE!

Sorry for the long lapse.  I had computer problems.  Just got it fixed on Tuesday and yesterday my husband had his knee replaced!  So I am composing this prior to going to the hospital.

So as an apology I will give you the next 2 steps.  Hope you are progressing well.

I also tried to reply to the comments but for some reason it will not work!
Jul asked if using a fewer number of fabrics would work?  Yes it will - in fact you could make all of the Units the same and that would be perfectly fine
Step 5
BLOCK A.
Sew a 2 ½” x 8 ½” dark strip to the long side of Unit 1 & 2.
Press toward the strips.

BLOCK B
Count out 16 or 18 Block A.
Add a 2 ½” x 8 ½” dark strips to one end of each block. Press . Set aside.

Step 6
BLOCK C
Count out 12 or 14 Block A.
Add a 2 ½” x 8 ½” light strip to ONE side next to the dark strip. Press toward the dark. Set aside.

BLOCK D
On 4 of Block B add the 2 ½” x 10 ½” light strip. Be sure to add on the right side of 2 blocks and the left side of 2 blocks. This is very important in the final setting of blocks.

Okay.  That is it for now.  The next step will be making the rows and forming the designs.

Again I am sorry for the delay.  I will give you a little over a  week to get all of your blocks done.  Then I will post the instructions for assebling the rows.  So get sewing!
